You must be at least 21 years old to purchase from Sequence Matters Supply. By placing an order, you represent that you satisfy this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
Research Use Only
Products identified as Research Use Only (RUO) are offered solely for lawful laboratory, analytical, educational, or research purposes. They are not for human or veterinary use, ingestion, administration, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of disease. Product information on this site is not medical advice and does not establish suitability for any clinical or personal use.
Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, limit, or request additional verification for an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory errors, suspected fraud, pricing errors, prohibited use, or compliance concerns. If we cancel an order after receiving cleared payment, the amount due for the cancelled order will be returned using an appropriate method, subject to the payment method and applicable law.
Pricing and Payment
Prices and availability may change without notice before an order is placed. Customers are responsible for reviewing order totals before payment. Cryptocurrency payments must be sent according to the checkout instructions, including the specified asset, network, amount, and transaction information. Blockchain transactions can be irreversible; sending funds using an incorrect asset, network, address, or amount may prevent or delay verification and may not be recoverable.
Unpaid Retail Orders
For Retail orders using manual payment methods such as Zelle, placing an unpaid order does not reserve inventory or indefinitely lock in sale or Featured Drop pricing. Stock and promotional prices may change before payment is sent and verified. If an item becomes unavailable or a promotion expires before payment is sent, we may contact you about waiting for restock, cancellation, or approving an updated total. No increased price will be charged without your consent. A payment sent within the applicable promotional period will not lose its original promotional price solely because our manual verification occurs later. Contact support before sending payment if you have received notice of a stock or pricing issue.
Shipping, Delivery, Returns, and Claims
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping, delivery, carrier investigations, returns, replacements, damage claims, missing-item claims, unboxing-video requirements, and available resolutions are governed by our Purchase, Returns, Replacements & Shipping Claims Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Carrier-related risk and responsibility will be determined from the applicable shipping arrangement, tracking and carrier findings, insurance where applicable, and governing law; nothing in these Terms waives rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website or products for unlawful purposes; misrepresent your age or identity; interfere with site security or operation; attempt unauthorized access; submit fraudulent payment or claim information; or purchase RUO products for a prohibited human or veterinary use.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, branding, graphics, and original site materials are owned by or licensed to Sequence Matters Supply and may not be copied or commercially exploited without permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Sequence Matters Supply is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products to the extent such limitations are permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
